The first step is the consultation which means the property gets evaluated to see what measures need to be taken to make the staging complete. This will range from lighting, color choice, art, furniture and landscaping enhancements and if needed contract work. We will work on a budget that is suited for you.
Step 2 | Plan + Ideate
The second step is preparing for the staging. This step can consist of calling contractors, declutter, have all the furniture and props collected as needed.
Step 3 | Staging
The third step is the initial staging. Color consultation is another service we offer if you are not sure what color to make the house appear at it's best. There is furniture available to rent with the props with our company.
